Admissions & Tuition

We look forward to meeting you! The best way to learn more about the Teddy Bear Club is to take a tour. All initial admissions tours are conducted virtually but families also have an opportunity to come on campus as follow-up. Details on visiting and our admissions timeline and process can be found below.

Virtual Tours

We are offering virtual tours for families interested in enrolling their children for the upcoming 2025-26 school year. Tours are conducted one-on-one over Zoom with a member of our admissions team. We will explain our philosophy and curriculum, take you on a photo tour of our campus, and share photos and videos of classroom activities. To schedule a tour, please complete the form on this page.

In-Person Visits

In-person visits are arranged as needed, on a family-by-family basis, after a virtual tour has been completed. We are happy to have families come in and can discuss finding a time for you to visit when we meet during the virtual tour.

Admissions Timeline

All applications for new families received before December 15, 2024 will be reviewed at the same time. Placement decisions will be sent to families in mid-January. Any applications received after December 15 will be reviewed on a rolling basis and based on any remaining availability. (Returning students and alumni families have priority admissions before we review placements for new families.)

Within one week of notification that a new student has been accepted for enrollment, parents must return the Enrollment Contract along with the registration deposit. This will reserve a place for the student for the upcoming school year.

2025-26 Tuition

The Teddy Bear Club offers morning sessions and afternoon sessions. The academic year runs from mid-September to early June and tuition for each session is as follows:

Lincoln and Newton Campuses
5-day program $26,500 | 3-day program $15,900 | 2-day program $10,600

Optional Extended Day Program Cost:
